Auditing Issue

The Auditor General  came out with pages and pages about his report concerning the usage of money by different ministries  in the country. Without favour or fear, he highlighted issues such us overspending, malpractices and improper documentation in the transactions of many ministries.
His report has become a report and nothing is done concerning wrong doings. Since the Auditor General has no power to prosecute the civil servants escape from punishment.  The lower officers accuse the higher officers and the higher officer accuse the deputy ministries and ministries.  It go on in a circle. In the end, no one wants to the burden. There is no solution and the problems are repeated in every year. No one wants to tie the bell.  This is the sad story of Auditor General’s report.
