Young Criminals

The media has published incidents of young criminals in the month of October. There were more than three thefts involving students in primary and secondary school.

One incident was exposed in Kulim Kedah where two students involved in motorcycle  theft. They are about to sit for their SPM in year 2011. Another theft took place in Putrajaya. In this incident, primary students went into houses using keys kept in shoes’ stand. They ransacked the house for small items. Under aged students also involve in motorcycle accidents.

Whom to be blamed ? The school ; the parents; the society; or the state ???
